There is shortage of money in Bihar, Bihar is among the poorest states. To remove poverty from Bihar, Modi ji and Nitish ji have been working together to mislead the people of Bihar and the country by demanding special packages and giving and taking.

Whenever Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited Bihar, he has portrayed the people of Bihar as crippled, helpless and powerless. It has always been seen that so many thousand crores of rupees have been given for the development of Bihar. Such a drama has been done by the Prime Minister of India and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. As if Biharis are the most foolish.

Now in the CAG report, there is no expenditure of 70 thousand eight hundred crore rupees. That means Modi and Nitish together ate up the hard earned money of the people without any reason. How much have you invested in the development of Bihar?" But I could not ask. One day the owner came and said- "My dear hen, you will have to die for the development of Bihar. Now Bihar is asking for sacrifice from you. Your death will give life to thousands of hens." The hen said "But master, I have done a lot for the development of Bihar," The owner said now you will have to become a martyr. The poor hen had understood everything now. But now the time had passed and the hen had become weak, the owner sold the hen. The hen had become food for the stomach of some very hungry businessman. The hen became a martyr for the development of Bihar.
