SASARAM-------------------------Near Meena Madrasa of Nasriganj police station area of ​​Rohtas district, a bike and a scooty collided with a sand laden truck coming from Meena Bazaar at a high speed. The scooty driver was seriously injured and died during treatment. The deceased is said to be Deepak Tiwari alias Deepu, 22-year-old son of Ram Daroga Tiwari, resident of Pakri village of Rajpur police station area. Deepak was the only son of his parents. He got married on 5 June. The scooty rider was Deepak's 10-year-old nephew, who is safe.

After dropping his wife, he was returning home with his nephew on the scooty. Angry villagers blocked the road.

Rajpur police station in-charge Shashi Bhushan Kumar, SI Subodh Kumar of Nasriganj police station and ASI Ajay Kumar Singh reached the spot on receiving information and got the jam cleared by convincing the villagers. Police parked the damaged bike and scooty in the police station premises. According to the villagers, the deceased was married to Khushi Kumari, daughter of Anil Pandey, resident of Bhopatpur village of Karakat police station area, on June 5. After the incident, the family of the deceased is crying bitterly.

While the bike driver is said to be Tinsu Kumar, 28 years old son of Takshman Sah, resident of Paduri village of Nasriganj police station area. His leg is broken. He has been referred to Banaras. Regarding the incident, it is said that the bike and the scooty collided violently due to an uncontrolled Hiva coming at high speed from Dhus side. The collision between the two was so horrific that the scooty and the bike were completely damaged. With the help of villagers and police, the seriously injured scooty rider was sent to Kosasaram Hospital by a private vehicle where he died during treatment. Deepu had come to Pipardih village to drop his aunt.

The villagers said that the old man seemed mentally unwell. He used to fill his stomach with whatever food he got from the nearby villages. According to the Basudeva police station chief, prima facie, the old man's death is believed to be due to cold or heat.

The body has been sent for post-mortem, and the police say that the exact cause of death will be confirmed only after the report arrives. The local administration is trying to identify the deceased. If anyone has any information about this old man, they should inform the concerned police station.
