Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy to him. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, and Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states also attended the ceremony.

PATNA-----------------------JDU National President Nitish Kumar took oath as Chief Minister for the 10th time in a grand ceremony held at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy to him. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, and Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states also attended the ceremony.

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary also took oath as a minister alongside Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath. Significantly, he won the Tarapur Assembly seat with a landslide victory. This marks his second term as Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar. His mother has also been an MLA.

Following this, senior BJP leader Vijay Kumar Sinha also took oath as a minister. He has been elected MLA from the Lakhisarai constituency for the fifth time. He has also served as Leader of the Opposition and a Minister. This is his second term as Deputy Chief Minister. He has also served as the Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.

In addition, Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Shravan Kumar, Mangal Pandey, Dilip Jaiswal, and Ashok Chaudhary were also sworn in as ministers. All of them had served as ministers in the previous government. Following this, Lesy Singh, Madan Sahni, Nitin Naveen, Ramkripal Yadav, Santosh Kumar Suman, and Sunil Kumar were also sworn in as ministers. Many of these faces had also served as ministers in the previous government.
