PATNA------------------------After Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar, discussions have started across the country about who will be the Vice President in place of Dhankar. On one hand, the President has accepted the resignation of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar, on the other hand, a BJP MLA from Bihar has demanded to be made Vice President.

While preparations for the assembly elections are going on in Bihar on one hand, BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul has demanded to make Nitish Kumar the Vice President. After this demand of the BJP MLA, political activity has increased in Bihar. Just before the assembly elections in Bihar, the political meaning of the demand to make Nitish Kumar the Vice President is being drawn. However, no statement has come from Nitish Kumar or his party on this statement yet. BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul said that if Nitish Kumar is made the Vice President, then what can be better than this. This will be a matter of pride for Bihar. The BJP MLA has said this before attending the Bihar Assembly session.

Many speculations and demands have been made from time to time about CM Nitish. A few months ago, former Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey had demanded that Nitish Kumar should become the Deputy Prime Minister of the country. At that time too, many meanings were drawn from Choubey's statement. However, CM Nitish did not give any reaction to this. Assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar at the end of the year. BJP has already said that it will contest the elections under the leadership of Nitish Kumar.
