NEW CHIEF SECRETARY HAS RESPONSIBILTY TO LEAD BIHAR

ARA-------------------------The responsibility of giving a new direction to development work in Bihar is now on the shoulders of the new Chief Secretary of the state, Pratyaya Amrit. The common people have a lot of expectations from Pratyaya Amrit, who is known for his long administrative experience, better working style and dynamic image.

The first and most important expectation from him is that he should visit all the districts of the state regularly. Visit the districts and see the ground situation of the departmental schemes and review it by sitting with the local officials. By doing this, the actual progress of the schemes will be known and the ground reality will come out in comparison to the data recorded in the files.

The field monitoring done by the Chief Secretary will increase accountability and activism among the officers and employees who are negligent in their work. Also, problems and obstacles related to the schemes can be removed in time. This will enable rapid implementation of public welfare and infrastructural schemes.

To ensure the quality and timeliness of development schemes, it is necessary that the Chief Secretary not only holds meetings at the secretariat level, but also reaches the district level and strengthens the review system. The public is hopeful that Pratyay Amrit will give impetus to the development work of Bihar by giving priority to district visits on the basis of his experience and administrative capability.
