ARA----------------------------A meeting of the District Level Monitoring Committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, in which the mess operation, cleanliness of the school premises and uniform supply through Jeevika was reviewed in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Residential School, Maulabagh and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Residential School, Ara, operated under the district. Jeevika was directed to ensure that the mess operation and cleanliness of the premises is done on time and as per the departmental instructions. Development Commissioner Bhojpur said that the reason behind making such an arrangement is to provide nutritious food and time to all the students of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Residential School, Maulabagh and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Residential School, R, operated under the district, so that no problem arises in their studies. He also said that whether the campus where the students study or the residential school, the cleanliness of that campus should be done regularly, which creates a good environment for studies. In the meeting, District Welfare Officer and Project Manager, (Jeevika) Bhojpur were directed that all the Jeevika Didi who will cook food and whoever will do the cleaning, their attendance should be recorded through biometrics every day, along with this it is mandatory for them to have a dress code. It was also directed that a joint work allocation will be issued for whatever work will be done which will be complied with by the school manager. District Welfare Officer, Bhojpur, District Project Manager, (Jeevika) Bhojpur and the Hostel Manager-cum-Block Welfare Officer and Headmaster of both the schools were present in the meeting.
