MISCREANTS SHOT AT JD(U) BLOCK PRESIDENT

ARA-------------------------------A sensational incident challenging law and order has come to light in the district. In Shivganj Tola of Jagdishpur police station area, Janata Dal United (JDU) Bihiya block president Manoj Kumar Kushwaha was attacked by unknown assailants on a motorcycle on Saturday afternoon. In this incident, the criminals fired indiscriminately at him, causing panic and sensation in the area. The attack occurred while the JDU leader was talking with his associates.

According to the information, on Saturday afternoon, JDU leader Manoj Kumar Kushwaha was sitting and talking with two of his associates on the Shivganj main road. During this time, three criminals arrived on a motorcycle. The criminals' intentions were clear. Two of them kept the motorcycle running, while the third criminal suddenly targeted Manoj Kumar Kushwaha and fired three rounds in quick succession.

This sudden attack caused chaos at the scene. However, fortunately, the bullet did not hit Manoj Kumar Kushwaha directly. One bullet pierced his trousers, resulting in a minor burn on his leg. He was immediately treated by the police. After the incident, local people tried to chase the criminals, but all three criminals fled quickly towards Jagdishpur on the same motorcycle.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the Jagdishpur police station immediately swung into action and reached the spot. The police team recovered two empty bullet casings from the crime scene. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police started examining the nearby CCTV cameras. In the CCTV footage, the criminals are seen fleeing after committing the crime. The police administration has launched a massive search operation to apprehend the criminals. This brazen and deadly attack on the JDU leader in broad daylight has created an atmosphere of fear in Shivganj Tola and the surrounding areas. The incident has once again raised questions about the increasing audacity of criminal elements and the state of law and order. The incident has also sparked concern in political circles.
