DELHI----------------------------According to the provision of the bill which is about to come, a minister or a chief minister will lose his position if he stays in jail for 30 days after his arrest. This is the reason for the fear of opposition parties.

If ED or CBI arrests someone in a corruption case, then under the current system, it is almost impossible to get bail within 30 days. In the case of ministers and chief ministers, lower courts often do not grant bail.

Bail is granted at least from the High Court or Supreme Court. In such a situation, the minister or chief minister is sure to lose his position. And once the position is lost, even though there is a provision that the position can be regained, but it is not necessary that after the chief minister goes to jail, the politics will remain the same, the political arithmetic will remain favorable.

This provision will not worry the chief ministers and ministers of the states ruled by the ruling party at the center because the central agencies usually do not arrest them.

And the name of the Prime Minister has been added in the bill just like that! The practical thing is that it will be almost impossible for the central agencies to arrest the Prime Minister. Therefore, those who are scared are justified.

If the central government changes in the future, this law will be a weapon of revenge in the hands of that government.
