MESSAGE IS ALSO NECESSARY WITH CURIOSITY AND THRILL IN STORY: Dr. ANIL SULABH

Fiction literature has been influencing human life since ancient times. Human childhood is spent listening to stories in the lap of grandmothers. These stories have been shaping human life for centuries. Therefore, along with curiosity and thrill, messages of life are also necessary in stories. The writer should also take care of these along with craft, language and subject matter. Not only a writer, every journalist and speaker-lecturer should also do 'Shabd Sadhana'.

PATNA------------------------Fiction literature has been influencing human life since ancient times.

These things were said by the conference president Dr Anil Sulabh while presiding over the 'Shabd-Kaam workshop' organized on the sixth day of the Hindi fortnight-cum-Pustaka Chaudas Mela' organized at Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan from September 1 on Saturday. He said that 'Shabd Sadhana' means that one should know the meaning of every word used, along with its gender and increase his word power. The top priority of a skilled writer is his language. Only then do the condensed emotions get meaning. Interestingness and seriousness of purpose are essential in a story. One of the purposes of a story is to entertain the minds of the readers, but this is not the only purpose, rather it should be such that it brings welfare to the people, brings qualitative change in the society, and has a positive impact on the readers. Therefore, a poet-storyteller should write by keeping the welfare of the society as the top priority.

Senior novelist and journalist Vikas Kumar Jha, who was present in the workshop in the role of an Acharya, discussed in detail the various dimensions of story-creation and introduced the participants to the craft, style, plot, dialogue, language, the writing method from the beginning of the story to its development, characterization of the characters, culmination and the end. He said that writing seeks dedication and divine powers also guide a dedicated writer.

Senior storyteller Dr. Santosh Dixit, while giving his views on the art aspect of the story, said that writing a story is an art. How you use your imagination to present a work of fiction to the readers like a true story is your art. A story is not beyond life. It is connected to life.

The conference's literature minister Bhagwati Prasad Dwivedi said that someone's biography based on events that have happened or imagined is called a story. Novel, novella (short novel), long story, short story, autobiography, biography, screenplay, myth, science fiction, fairy tales, legends, travelogue and history are also fiction. The style of a story can be descriptive, autobiographical or conversational. Writers should give special emphasis to its beginning, rise and climax.

Vice President of the conference Dr Madhu Verma, Dr Kalyani Kusum Singh, Dr Shashi Bhushan Singh, Chitta Ranjan Bharti, Utpal Kumar, Dr Vibha Rani Srivastava, Dr Poonam Anand, Dr Vidya Chaudhary, E Ashok Kumar, Nirmala Singh, Anubha Gupta, Indu Bhushan Sahay, Premlata Singh, Gayatri Devi, Sarika Suman, Prof Deepti Tripathi, Meera Srivastava, Dr R Pravesh, Pankaj Priyam, Dr Kundan Lohani, Aman Raj, Ravi Ranjan, Anand Mohan Jha, Satyam Dubey 'Shardul', Krishna Ranjan Singh, Anand Mohan Jha, Mahi Kumari, Krish Kumar, Farhan Ali, Raghav Raj, Prabodhchandra Tripathi, Animesh Kumar, Isha Kumari and other litterateurs participated in the conference.
