MEMBER OF INTER-DISTRICT BIKE THIEF GANG ARRESTED

ARA--------------------------Karnamepur police station of Bhojpur district arrested a member of inter-district bike thief gang. He was arrested on Thursday evening near Bishupur Mathia Charmuhan of the police station area. Police also recovered two stolen bikes from him. The arrested is Ritesh Yadav alias Bhuar Yadav, son of Pandul Yadav, resident of Bishupur village of Nainijor police station area of Buxar district. This information was given by Superintendent of Police Raj.

The SP said that on Thursday evening, vehicle checking was being done near Bishupur Mathia Charmuhan by Karnamepur police station. Then on suspicion, the police stopped a bike rider and demanded documents from him. During this, he did not give the documents and did not give a satisfactory answer.

When the police checked the bike's registration number, it turned out to be stolen. On his indication, the police recovered another bike from the garden located in Chhotki Nainijor of Buxar district. Police said that one of the recovered bikes was stolen from Buxar and the other bike was stolen from UP. In this regard, an FIR has been lodged against the arrested accused in Karnamepur police station for bike theft.
