PATNA (RNI) PK's big disclosure on Bihar's Health Minister Mangal Pandey, said - Bought a flat in Delhi by taking money from Dilip Jaiswal, strong evidence of transaction with the bank is available, in return Dilip Jaiswal's medical college was given the status of 'Deemed University'
Prashant Kishore gave a befitting reply to BJP's allegations, said - The government is yours, if we have made any mistake then catch us, we have been running the Facebook page of "Baat Bihar Ki" since 2018
Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, once again held a press conference in Patna today and released the third installment of allegations against BJP leaders. This time he made many big revelations on Bihar government's Health Minister Mangal Pandey. Making a big allegation, he said that Health Minister Mangal Pandey took a bribe of Rs 25 lakh from BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal in the name of getting Kishanganj's MGM Medical College the status of a deemed university and bought a flat in Delhi in the name of his wife.
Prashant Kishore said that Mangal Pandey and Dilip Jaiswal are friends. In the year 2020, during the time of Covid, when the people of Bihar were running around for medicine and ambulance. Then Health Minister Mangal Pandey bought a flat worth Rs 86 lakh in Delhi's Dwarka area in the name of his wife. For this, Mangal Pandey's wife Urmila Pandey was given Rs 25 lakh from the account of her father-in-law (Mangal Pandey's father) Awadhesh Pandey. The big thing is that this money was transferred to Awadhesh Pandey from Dilip Jaiswal's account. Also, Mangal Pandey has not mentioned this loan in the affidavit given in 2020.
He told that on 6 August 2019, this money was transferred from Dilip Jaiswal's account through RTGS. Dilip Jaiswal also became a witness in the purchase of the flat. We have all these documents. The flat was bought by paying Rs 86 lakh through six different transactions. After this, MGM College of Kishanganj was given the status of Deemed University. Before this, MGM College used to give degrees from BN Mandal University for 20 years.
Prashant Kishore also accused Mangal Pandey of corruption in buying ambulances, said - Why was the ambulance purchased by giving more money than the market rate to Force Motors by rejecting the tender of Tata Motors in a wrong manner, Pratyay Amrit should also answer in this matter
Prashant Kishore made another serious allegation against Mangal Pandey and said that while he was the Health Minister, ambulances were purchased in Bihar at a higher price than normal. In the year 2022, a tender was issued to buy 1000 ambulances. In this, 466 Type C ambulances were purchased from Force Motors at a rate of Rs 19.58 lakh. Now in 2025, 250 ambulances were purchased for around Rs 27 lakh, that too from Force Motors. Earlier, Tata Motors' bid was rejected saying that AC was not required in the driver's side of the ambulance. Then Force Motors was given orders for 250 units of ambulances costing Rs 19 lakh by paying Rs 27 lakh per ambulance. Whereas these ambulances have been purchased by the Odisha and UP governments at a lower price. If there is a bulk purchase, the price should be less, but why did the Bihar government purchase ambulances by increasing the price?
He said that at the time of purchase of ambulances, Pratyay Amrit was the Principal Secretary of the Health Department. Therefore, it is also his responsibility to answer. Because now he is going to become the Chief Secretary of the Bihar government. He should clarify why an ambulance worth Rs 12-13 lakh was first purchased for Rs 19 lakh. Then after some time the same ambulance was purchased for Rs 27 lakh. Officials should keep in mind that you have to sign the file. Not only Laluji was punished in the fodder scam, but the officers were also caught.
Prashant Kishore also told that a big fraud has also happened in the name of making Ayushman card in Kishanganj's MGM College. The surprising thing is that the head of Ayushman Card Scheme in Bihar is the person who used to be the PS of Health Minister Mangal Pandey earlier.
Prashant Kishore gave a befitting reply to BJP's allegations, said - The government is yours, if we have made any mistake then catch us, we have been running the Facebook page of "Baat Bihar Ki" since 2018
Prashant Kishore said on BJP's allegations that in the year 2018, when I left JDU, a dummy person was made to put pressure on me and it was said that the 'Baat Bihar Ki' Facebook page is not mine but someone else's idea. My job was to write slogans. We write slogans for leaders across the country and we will steal the slogan written by us? This matter went to the court, where it was rejected. Now it is in the High Court. The judgment is reserved. Now even DD News is running Baat Bihar Ki, file a case against them too. We have been running this page since 2018. More than 25 lakh people are connected to it. 5 crore people see photos and videos on it. If we have done something wrong then the government is yours, file a case and catch us.
He also said that Laluji has been punished for the allegations leveled against him. But the BJP people are drinking ghee under the blanket. This is the BJP of thugs and miscreants. The next installment will also be released soon.
During this time, the party's national president Uday Singh, former MP Sitaram Yadav, Legislative Councilor Afaq Alam, Headquarters Convenor NK Mandal, General Secretary Sarwar Ali, former BJP leader Sudhir Sharma, Vinita Vijay were present. The stage was managed by the election campaign committee convenor and former MLA Kishore Kumar Munna.
