LAWYERS HAVE A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION IN STRUGGLE FOR TRUTH: AMIT KUMAR GUPTA

ARA----------------------------One such community in our society that is always striving to fight for truth, without which it is meaningless to even imagine a clean and just society, is that of "lawyers." This is a community that constantly fights with the public, whether for their fundamental rights or against injustices faced in judicial matters, upholding the dignity of their word "lawyer." Advocate and CPI(ML) leader Amit Kumar Gupta alias Bunty made these remarks today while contacting lawyers and inviting them to the CPI(ML)'s Ara Assembly-level workers' conference to be held on September 21st at the Ara Civil Court. He stated that the advocate community is crucial to strengthen the voice of the public against the ongoing national violations of fundamental rights, the widespread anarchy, human rights abuses, and the destruction of justice. The issues of security pensions for advocates and stipends for young advocates are pressing issues facing advocates today. In light of this, the invitation to the conference was undertaken. Mr. Bunty stated that a large number of advocates have accepted the invitation and agreed to attend.

Amit Kumar Gupta, alias Bunty, was accompanied by Surendra Rai, Mohammad Mukhtar, Arshad Zafar, Bharat Pandit, Kameshwar Singh Yadav, Gulsha Parveen, Shivji Singh Yadav, Mohammad Shams Masiha, Ashok Ram, Shailendra Kumar Ram, Umesh Yadav, and Rajiv Ranjan Verma.
