SASARAM----------------------------The RPF Dehri-on-Sone recovered the abducted teenage girl from the Chutia police station incident along with her kidnapper and handed her over to the Chutia police station. Following information from the family members that Amit Kumar, 23, son of the late Upendra Das, a resident of Kanhaipur, Mokama police station, Patna (Bihar), had been arrested and arrested for kidnapping a girl named Riya Kumari, the girl's name was recorded at the Chutia police station under sections 126(2), 115(2), 137(2), 85, 351(2)/3/5 of the Indian Penal Code. After receiving information from the girl's family that she was present at the Dehri-on-Sone station with the aforementioned girl, Riya Kumari, the officers and staff of the Railway Protection Force, Dehri-on-Sone, recovered the girl and brought them to the Railway Protection Force post, and informed the Chutia police station. On Thursday, Assistant Sub-Inspector Pankaj Kumar Dhiraj and Lady Constable/1549 Jyoti Kumari of Chutia Police Station appeared at the post and after preparing the delivery memo in the presence of their family members, the said person Amit Kumar and the minor girl Riya Kumari were handed over safely to them after taking photographs in front of independent witnesses.
