This incident is not related to any ordinary officer, but it is related to that officer of Bihar cadre, who has been counted among the officers with a strict and sharp image.

According to sources, at three in the morning, he suddenly called the local police station from his mobile and informed - "I have been assaulted." As soon as the information was received, there was a stir in the police department. Complaint of a senior IPS at such a late hour! The police station in-charge and the policemen on duty immediately swung into action and registered the case and sent it to the higher authorities.

On one hand, the senior IPS himself has come forward as a victim, on the other hand, the allegations leveled by the woman are raising serious questions on the credibility of the department.
