INTENSIVE TESTING OF VOTER LIST IN BIHAR: A CONSPIRACY TO END DEMOCRACY—MUKESH SAHANI

PATNA------------------------Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief and former Bihar minister Mukesh Sahni, in a joint press conference organized by the Grand Alliance today, put the Election Commission and the BJP in the dock over the intensive testing of the voter list and said that if seen correctly, this testing work is a conspiracy to end democracy.

He said that there is still a week left for the completion of this work, but a list has been released by the Election Commission. He said that the Election Commission is there so that voters can vote. Voters work to elect the government by voting. But the Election Commission is working at the behest of the BJP today.

He said that the BJP and the Prime Minister should impose emergency in the country. Crores of rupees of the citizens of the country are spent in elections so that a good government can be elected, but today voters are being prevented from voting.

VIP chief Mr. Sahni also warned other public representatives and said that Panchayat elections are also to be held after the assembly elections. If today names are being deleted from the voter list by looking at the title and name, then the road ahead will be more difficult. Therefore, everyone should be alert today.

He expressed hope that the BLOs will do the right thing and keep the name of the correct voter. He also appealed to the Mukhiya, Sarpanch, Ward Member to also work to add the name of each voter. He said that a big fight will be fought for this. He asked the Election Commission to provide information to those whose names are being deleted as to why their names were deleted.
