IMMEDIATE BREAK OF TENDER OF NGO OF SHAHPUR

ARA-------------------------The tender of NGO issued by Shahpur Nagar Panchayat for cleaning work has been stopped with immediate effect. Tender number-04/2025-26 issued for cleaning work was published by Nagar Panchayat Shahpur office, in which various NGOs were invited for this work. The due date for opening the tender was fixed on 06 September (Saturday) at 02:00 pm.

In this regard, Nagar Panchayat Chairman Juganu Devi, Deputy Chairman Jhuniya Devi, and Empowered Standing Committee members Sanjay Chaturvedi, Shahid Anwar, and Devanti Devi were informed earlier, so that all the concerned parties could appear on time and complete the tender process.

However, after this, information has also been given to postpone the tender of the NGO on the said date. This decision has been taken by the Executive Officer of Nagar Panchayat, Neshat Alam, who informed through a letter that the NGO tender has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons.

No further information has been given about the reasons for the postponement, but it is clear that the Nagar Panchayat has taken this decision seriously. Now all the NGOs will have to wait to see when this tender process will be resumed and whether new dates will be set.

Here, Deputy Chairman Jhuniya Devi said that given the importance of the cleanliness work of the Nagar Panchayat, it is necessary that all the processes are completed correctly and on time. So that there is no hindrance in the cleanliness work of Nagar Panchayat Shahpur.
