ARA--------------------------Patna High Court in one of its decisions has rejected the petition of the applicant on the mistake made during the online application. The applicant has not got any relief in this case. It was told in the court that while submitting the online form, the applicant inadvertently wrote BC instead of EBC category.
If there is a mistake in the online application, you will not get the job; Patna High Court rejected the petition. The applicant did not get any relief from Patna High Court on the mistake made while filling the online application. The court rejected her petition. The single bench of Justice Harish Kumar did not give any relief after hearing the petition filed by Chandni Kumari, a candidate for the post of ANM. The court was told that the process of submitting an online application requires a lot of caution. And there is a high possibility of error while filling the application. He said that the applicant had gone to the cyber cafe to fill the application. Because she is not proficient in computers. They said that being a computer expert was not an eligibility requirement for recruitment of ANM.
While submitting the online form, the applicant inadvertently filled in the form of BC category instead of EBC category. Later, soon after the letter was issued by the Technical Service Commission to correct the details, the applicant rectified the errors made by the cyber cafe and on the basis of which she was called for counseling for verification of certificates. However, she was considered a candidate of the unreserved category. They said that if any error has been made, the applicant did not make the mistake intentionally. Nor did it do so to take any other benefit in any way.
The applicant belongs to the EBC category. And being a candidate of this category, she has scored much higher marks than many other candidates. But only because of this she was considered as a candidate under the unreserved category. The applicant was not considered for appointment as she did not obtain the cut off marks under the unreserved category.
