HOW WILL INDUSTRICAL AWAKENING COME IN BIHAR?

PATNA----------------------Indeed, now it seems that there is no restriction for the strongmen in Bihar and they can kill anyone whenever and wherever they want. The long-term consequences of the murder of industrialist Gopal Khemka by the notorious criminals in broad daylight in the state capital Patna will definitely come to light sooner or later. Catching the criminals after the murder or killing them in an encounter is a different matter, but why the incident happened, how the murder was carried out, this should also be the subject of investigation. Everyone is strongly against the fact that no state should be maligned outside the state, but no one can escape from today's electronic media and it makes the ears of the state as well as the central government alert.

Investigating the incident after it and bringing the culprits to the fore is a weapon, but the work of the police-administration should be to ensure that the incident does not happen at all. But, is this happening? Or has the administration become so indecisive that there is no information about these incidents and murders take place, the murderers are able to easily escape after committing the murder. Investigation and caution should be exercised on this. Today this is not happening, but has the credibility of the police or the administration become so weak and unimportant that criminals can commit crimes whenever they want and challenge the administration? Are their information systems so weak that their intelligence systems shy away from giving them information. Has the intelligence system become ineffective and ineffective? The poisonous smoke of caste hatred has darkened the entire atmosphere from one end of Bihar to the other. The feeling of violence, which was perhaps hidden in the Western mindset, has finally come out and spread in Bihar. The police is the protector of the society and represents the government, but today every person in the country is scared by taking such brutal murders as an example. Although such incidents keep happening in every corner of the country due to weak administrative system, but such crimes show that the fear of terrorism is increasing in Bihar. The second incident happened in the capital Patna recently - when a convicted criminal was shot dead with more than two dozen bullets after entering the hospital early in the morning for treatment and then the criminal gang walked out of the hospital brandishing their weapons. The question here is how did those murderers break through the security system of the private hospital and reach there? However, the police have reached the murderer and now the case will be filed and the criminals will be punished by the court. But, Indian judiciary is a bit slow in matters of justice, so it is not known after how many years the decision will come on this and they will be punished. It is possible that the public and society forget these incidents. Or the criminals may find some loophole in the weak investigation of the police and the murderers may be acquitted. When the matter has started, it will go a long way. When it reaches other states and businessmen of the country, then who will come to Bihar to do business? This has been the misfortune of this state till now that after the government tax, hooliganism tax is also collected from every industrialist. But, at the same time, like industrialist Gopal Khemka, who will come from which side and shoot someone in public. No one knows this in this weak administrative system. Now if we look at the past life of Gopal Khemka, we will find that these terrorists had shot his son a few years ago, now he was murdered outside his house.

What kind of administration is this, what kind of police system is this that fearlessly keeps on killing a family slowly. Incidents of snatching, robbery keep happening in every state, but the kind of conditions that have been created here that how can anyone even think of setting up an industry, who would want to risk his life along with the family. When efforts were made to know about these murders happening in Bihar, everyone believed that such incidents are being carried out now because the assembly elections are going to be held in the next few days. The result is clear that whatever happens, the government will be formed by their party. An industrialist from another state said that our company had decided to do something for the employment of the youth of Bihar, but due to such news, they changed their mind. Now they have decided to launch their project in some other state. Similarly, as the news spreads, the industrialists will become sour and afraid of setting up industries in Bihar and they will shift their industries from Bihar to elsewhere. Then what will happen to the youth of Bihar who today wander from city to city in the country in an attempt to get employment. The former Industry Minister of the state had said that the Central Government has instructed that now the government is not in favor of setting up government industries in any state. Yes, if an industrialist of the state wants to do something for his state, he is free to do so, but is it possible for an industrialist to set up an industry anywhere without the support of the government? If you live in Bihar, go to other cities of the country once and see what situation your brothers have to face. We may claim that if the people of Bihar are not there, then who will do the business or farming of that state - the industries will come to a standstill. The truth is that this is a matter of self-satisfaction, but if these industries were set up in Bihar, then such people would not have been able to work in other states. The insults that people have to face from time to time, such a situation would not have arisen. Actually, our politicians do not want that everyone should have their own food at home, their education should be better, if this happens then how will they become leaders. Bihar has been made in such a bad condition only so that they can continue to be politicians, their children can get education abroad and do good jobs or business there. Such politicians are capable and we know how to rule you. Therefore, be cautious and hand over the reins of the state to the hands of educated people, only they will do some good to us. You too should give good education to your children so that in future they do not have to go to the states where they are insulted for doing labour and earn their livelihood.

It is not possible for any state to provide government jobs to everyone today. Therefore, in order to set up industries in your state, industrialists will have to be given water, electricity, roads, security, tax paying facilities. If this is not done then the same question arises that why and for whom will you set up industries in your state. One of the many reasons for the states of the country which are at the heights of development is that they have become prosperous and developed because of the adoption of industrial revolution by the governments and the conscious society there. The foundation of such a plan is laid by the politicians and senior officials sitting at the top of the government, who have to be invited to travel around the country and abroad and bring that plan to their country. If you go to Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, everyone has their own jobs or is connected to some industry or the other. Therefore, their livelihood is at stake and they always think about how to develop further. Their goal is always on their development and the education of their children, therefore they keep an eye on development and worldliness and keep their development mindset alive. We seek prosperity by behaving untruthfully, keep burning ourselves in jealousy due to which we do not get the desired thing and keep destroying ourselves.
