GREAT LITERARY WORKER ACHARYA NISHANT KETU DIED

PATNA--------------------------Great literary worker Acharya Nishant Ketu breathed his last at his residence in Gurugram at 5:30 am today after a long illness.

Expressing deep grief over his demise, Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan President Dr Anil Sulabh said that Nishant Ketu, who served Hindi literature continuously for almost seven decades, whose original name is Chandra Kishore Pandey, has been respected in the literary world as the author of more than four dozen books in various genres of literature. Hindi has been blessed by his scholarly writing. With his demise, a strong pillar of the Hindi building has collapsed. This is a great loss to literature. Nishant Ketu ji also had a deep connection with Sahitya Sammelan. He gave many days of his sadhana to the Sammelan. Before joining the magazine of Sulabh International, as long as he stayed in Patna, he used to stay in the Sammelan for many days. He also edited the Sammelan magazine “Sahitya”!
