ARA---------------------------Four people including father and son were beaten up and seriously injured in a land dispute in Marchaiya Dera village of Karnamepur police station area of ​​Bhojpur district and were admitted in the Ara Sadar Hospital. The injured include Shri Yadav, his sons Krishna Yadav, Ramji Yadav and Saroj Yadav, residents of Marchaiya Dera village.

Ramji Yadav said that ten years ago, the land was divided among his Pattidar Shivajit Yadav by five people. In January this year, Shivajit Yadav entered their house and beat them up. They lodged an FIR against Shivajit Yadav in this regard.

There has been a dispute between them regarding this. The Pattidar has built a house on his share of land. But when Ramji Yadav was building a house on his share of land, the co-tenant started saying that he should leave this much land and build a house. A panchayat was called on Thursday regarding this.

At the same time, Shivajit Yadav got furious and started fighting. When those people went to rescue them, Shivajit Yadav and other members of his family beat them up with sticks. The police is investigating the matter at its level.
