FOUR NAMED IN SHOOTING AND INJURING THE SON OF A COURT EMPLOYEE

ARA----------------------------An FIR has been registered in the case of shooting and injuring the son of a court employee near Demhan village of Udwantnagar police station area late on Sunday evening. In this regard, four have been made named accused on the complaint of Divya Prakash Singh, son of court employee Harminder Pratap Singh, resident of Demhan village of Udwantnagar police station area, which includes Prince alias Mohit, son of Tuntun Prasad, resident of Dularpur village of Gadhani police station area, Govind Kumar, Omprakash, son of Lalbabu Singh and Santosh Kumar, resident of Bihiya ward number ten.

In the registered FIR, Divya Prakash Singh said that on Sunday evening he was going to his home in a four-wheeler with his father and driver friend Ritesh Kumar. In this sequence, at around 8:30 pm, he was about to reach his village Demhan. Then two persons riding a motorcycle from behind took the vehicle forward and signaled to stop the vehicle.

Among the above mentioned persons, Prince alias Mohit, Govind Kumar, Om Prakash, residents of Dularpur of Gadhani were on one bike. While Santosh Kumar, resident of Bihiya Ward No. 10, was riding the other bike. As soon as my car stopped, Govind Kumar and Prince Kumar alias Mohit fired at my car with the intention of killing me with the pistols in their hands.

Both the bullets broke the glass of the car and hit my left arm. As soon as the bullets hit me, my father and my driver left the car and ran towards the village to save their lives. While running away, the armed men fired three rounds in the air. Hearing the sound of the bullets, the people nearby ran, after which all four ran towards Dularpur abusing and said that this is the result of talking to my sister.

In the application given, Divya Prakash Singh said that I have been in a love affair with Mohit alias Prince's sister for 4 years, which they came to know about a month ago. For this, a false complaint was filed. The DIU team picked me up and interrogated me and after verifying with the girl over the phone, I was released. Whose complaint I have given to CGM sir in the court.
