He stated that the Prime Minister believes that an attack cannot happen where security forces are present, and that this negligence led to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.

PATNA---------------------------Former Union Minister and National President of the ASA Party, RCP Singh, arrived in Bhagalpur on Saturday. In Bhagalpur, he launched a scathing attack on the state and central governments. He directly blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. RCP Singh expressed his sympathy for the soldiers martyred in the attack and the tourists, and that the ASA Party stands with them in this difficult time. He also called Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar mentally unwell, saying that he is no longer capable of shouldering the responsibilities of the state. The Chief Minister's body language is also a testament to this. Prohibition in the state is only on paper, while the reality is that alcohol is being sold openly everywhere in Bihar. This is not only causing revenue loss to Bihar, but people are also facing adverse consequences.
