4-DEC-ENG 15

RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

ARA----------------------------Former Jagdishpur MLA, Dinesh, has raised serious questions about administrative functioning, raising serious questions about the accountability of the local administration. He stated that widespread corruption and administrative mismanagement in Jagdishpur town, the region, the block, and the subdivision has caused widespread dissatisfaction among the public. He has demanded strict action from the District Magistrate.

In his statement, former MLA, Dinesh, directly asked, "When will the 'bulldozer' be used to crack down on corruption and 'black deeds' prevalent in the region, the block, and the subdivision?" He expects the District Magistrate to take firm and decisive action against these activities. The former MLA accused the administration of failing to identify permanent and temporary encroachments.

Basic amenities like vending zones are not available: The most serious allegation is that money is collected from poor shopkeepers, but even basic amenities like vending zones are not provided for them. If any fees are charged from the poor, it is the administration's moral and legal responsibility to provide them with a systematic and safe trading space in return.

Employees who have been stationed for more than ten years: Brother Dinesh has also called for an investigation into the disproportionate assets of administrative officers and their subordinates. He also questioned why employees have been stationed in Jagdishpur town, zone, block, and subdivision for more than ten years, a matter on which the former MLA has expressed his concern.

Local MLA's silence on the demolition of poor people's shops: The former MLA described the local MLA's silence on the demolition of poor people's shops in Jagdishpur market as a kind of "tacit support" for the administration. The MLA's silence raises many doubts among the public and reinforces the belief that he does not care as much about the interests of the poor as he should. Former MLA Dinesh has called on the poor, farmers, laborers, youth, and street vendors of the Jagdishpur Nagar Panchayat market to unite. He has assured them that he will always stand by them to secure justice.
