FIVE ARRRESTED IN MURDER CASE

BHABHUA-----------------------------In a major breakthrough, the police in Kaimur district have arrested five main accused within 24 hours of a murder that occurred on Sunday in Sadullahpur village under Ramgarh police station. The police acted swiftly and apprehended the five main accused involved in the murder. Based on the information provided by the accused, the police also recovered three sticks used in the murder. According to the information received, an old dispute between two parties over a piece of land in Sadullahpur village escalated on Sunday (December 7). The dispute quickly turned into a bloody conflict. During this time, people from the other side collectively attacked Tarkeshwar Bind (son of late Mukharam Ram) with sticks and rods. He sustained serious injuries to his head and body and died on the spot. Following the incident, a case (FIR No. 373/25) was registered at the Ramgarh police station based on the statement of the deceased's wife. Fifteen people from the village were named as accused, along with eight unknown individuals. Considering the sensitivity of the case, an FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) team also collected evidence from the crime scene. The Kaimur SP took the matter seriously and formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the leadership of the Mohania SDPO. The police successfully arrested five named accused from Sadullahpur. The arrested accused have been identified as Osihar Bind, Hiraman Bind (both sons of late Bechan Bind), Shivshankar Bind, Halla Bind, and Subhash Bind (both sons of Shivshankar Bind). Police officials said that the arrested accused are being sent to jail, while continuous raids are being conducted at possible hideouts to apprehend the other absconding named and unknown accused.
