On the complaint of the deceased's father, Tarakeshwar Singh, an FIR has been lodged against three named and two other unknown persons. In which Deepak Kumar, son of Shiv Balak Prasad, resident of Jawahar Tola of Nawada police station area, Uttam Kumar alias Bambam, son of late Ramswaroop Ram and Sagar, resident of Rassi Bagan Mohalla of the same police station area have been made accused.

ARA----------------------------An FIR has been lodged in the murder case of Sumit Kumar Singh, a resident of Mahavir Tola of Town police station area of the city. On the complaint of the deceased's father, Tarakeshwar Singh, an FIR has been lodged against three named and two other unknown persons. In which Deepak Kumar, son of Shiv Balak Prasad, resident of Jawahar Tola of Nawada police station area, Uttam Kumar alias Bambam, son of late Ramswaroop Ram and Sagar, resident of Rassi Bagan Mohalla of the same police station area have been made accused.
It has been stated in the FIR lodged that on Friday night, after having dinner, he was smoking cigarettes with his real brother Om Prakash Singh and cousin Arun Kumar Singh on the main road of the locality. At the same time, his son Sumit Kumar Singh got down from the car after finishing his duty in a private hospital of the city and entered the street to go home, when the sound of two rounds of firing was heard. Then he and his two brothers ran towards the street, and saw that Sumit was lying injured by a bullet.
The same three named and two unknown accused fled waving weapons. After this, many people from the locality also gathered. With the help of the people, he was brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where his son Sumit Kumar Singh was declared dead by the doctor. After this, the post-mortem of the body was done by the Town Police Station.
After the murder of Sumit Singh on Friday night, there was a sensation in the entire area. After the incident, the FSL team reached the spot and started investigating. The FSL team collected evidence from the crime scene. The police have also recovered a shell from the crime scene.
On the other hand, on the instructions of Civil Surgeon Dr. Shivendra Kumar Sinha, a three-member team of doctors was formed and the post-mortem of the body was done. The on-duty doctors in the constituted board included Dr. Vikas Kumar, Dr. Mahavir Prasad Gupta and Dr. Sujit Kumar. He was shot twice by the criminals from very close range. In which one bullet hit the right side of his nose and the second bullet hit the thigh in the left leg, which went through.
After the murder of Sumit Singh, a resident of Mahavir Tola of the city, there was a commotion in his house. The family members were in a bad state crying. The sound of crying and sobbing of women and children could be heard everywhere in the house. His three children lost their father. It is said that the deceased Sumit Kumar Singh was the second among his two brothers and one sister. His family consists of his wife Soni Devi and two daughters Ankita, Rupali and a son Rudra. After the incident, his wife Soni Devi and all the family members are crying and inconsolably.
Sumit Singh was murdered by the criminals as per a pre-planned strategy. It is said that on Friday, electricity supply was disrupted in the entire city due to the procession of Eid-e-Miladunnabi. There was silence on the roads. Most of the police team was busy in completing the procession since morning. In such a situation, the criminals took advantage of this. It is said that due to darkness, clear footage is not available in most CCTVs. Sources say that the criminals did recce for three days before committing the murder.
