Police have filed a case against Raj Gaurav for violating the Model Code of Conduct. Police are taking legal action in this regard. Superintendent of Police Raj issued a press release on Friday.
In the press release, the Superintendent of Police stated that during the November 6th voting, a Facebook ID was used on Facebook under the name "Raj Gaurav" and a video of an EVM being cast was uploaded to the social media platform. This constitutes a violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
In this regard, a case has been filed against Raj Gaurav's Facebook ID at the local police station and legal action is being taken. He appealed to the public that the Bhojpur Police's social media team is closely monitoring all social media platforms. He urged the public to refrain from such activities
