PATNA--------------------------When such behaviour is shown with the MLA, what will happen to the common people? In a democracy, MPs and MLAs are accountable to the people and are honourable. And if a simple employee says that he does not know the honourable head of the country or the MLA, then he does not have the right to stay in the country. If a public representative pressurizes an employee for public work due to his association with the public, then it is not wrong. What is the attitude of the employees with the public is well known and can be seen in the areas or blocks. An employee should have enough knowledge that a secret conversation between two persons should not be made viral which is a legal offence. An employee is an employee first and then belongs to a caste or community. He should follow the protocol. The insult is not of brother Virendra or any person but of the public representative whom lakhs of people have sent to fight for their rights. In such a situation, some MLAs and ministers want to present themselves in a different form for electoral gain by pretending to love Dalits, which is not right. Perhaps they are forgetting that if you are also connected to the public, then such a problem can arise. At that time you will remember the decisions of the Honorable Supreme Court that not every law is applicable at every time and in every situation.
