If sources are to be believed, a strongman of Shahabad, who is known as Pandey Brothers, also walks openly with two semi-automatic rifles in his convoy, the search for his viral video is on.

District Magistrate Tanay Sultania said Anyone who is carrying a banned semi-automatic, probated bore rifle will be called by issuing a notice. Their arms license will be checked to see how they are keeping a probated bore rifle if they have a license for a non-probated bore rifle. The magistrate who verifies (inspects) the probated bore semi-automatic rifle will also be questioned that when the arms were probated bore, why did you not seize them at the time of verification. The Arms Act - 2016 will be strictly followed and action will be taken against those arms license holders who have violated the rules. At the same time, arms shopkeepers will also be given notice as to how they sold the probated bore rifle. Action will also be taken against the license holders who tamper with the arms model.

Bhojpur SP Raj said that semi-automatic probated bore rifle is banned for civilians. A list of such arms holders has been sought from the arms magistrate of the district. Those who are keeping probated bore semi-automatic rifles will be called to the police station. You will be called by sending a notice through the police. The arms license will be checked and if a non-probated license has a probated bore weapon (inter) on it, it will be confiscated. There is a ban on display of weapons. Only the person in whose name the arms license is issued can carry arms himself. If any other person carries a weapon, it is wrong. FIR will be lodged against him and a letter will be written to the concerned District Magistrate to cancel the license.
