SASARAM--------------------------A review meeting of the health department was organized under the chairmanship of Deputy Development Commissioner Vijay Pandey Rohtas, in which Deputy Superintendent, Medical Officer in Charge, Child Development Project Officer, Hospital Manager and Block Health Manager etc. of the health institutions of the district participated. The District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the District Health Committee displayed all the indices through power point. Under the Bhavya program, all the doctors and workers were congratulated by the Deputy Development Commissioner on Rohtas district getting the second position in the state and were directed to do the same work. On Community Health Center Dawath in Patna division getting the first prize under NQAS at the national level, the Deputy Development Commissioner congratulated the Medical Officer in Charge of Community Health Center Dawath, Block Health Manager and all the workers engaged in this work and all the institutions of the district were directed for NQAC certification and Piramal was directed to prepare a consolidated checklist and make it available to all the health institutions so that they do not face any problem in working. Piramal was directed to provide support to the Medical Officer in charge in this work
The Medical Officer in charge was reprimanded for the low achievement of Dihri Rajpur, Nasriganj in ANC registration of pregnant mothers and was directed to improve it. Due to the achievement of Dihri being 63.6 percent and Rajpur being 67.6 percent, instructions were given to seek clarification from the Medical Officer in charge and the Block Health Manager. To promote institutional delivery in the district, instructions were given to run a special campaign at the block level and after identifying such Panchayat, the great community catalyst was directed to ensure institutional delivery by making pregnant mothers concerned through ASHA. Piramal's District Manager Ms. Pallavi explained the methods related to increasing institutional delivery. Due to the low availability of medicines in the urban primary health centers of Sagar and Takriya of the district, the medical officers were questioned, in which due to the vague answer given by the medical officer, the Deputy Development Commissioner directed the District Program Manager to personally investigate it and provide a report. Along with this, it was also directed that the drug stock will be checked by the Principal Development Officer in all the health institutions of the district within a week. The Deputy Development Commissioner directed the Deputy Superintendent Subdivision Asatal Bikramganj to further strengthen the NBSU of Bikramganj and train the manpower working there and train the child for operating the equipment used in it as soon as possible so that better health facilities can be provided to the newborn children. Due to low achievement of Rajpur, Nasrogaj and Bikramganj in complete vaccination, the Deputy Development Commissioner directed to seek clarification from the Medical Officer in Charge. Under the Non-Communicable Disease Program, all the Medical Officers in Charge were directed to reduce the difference between the data given in the Special NCD Drive conducted from 20 February 2025 to 3 March 2025 and the data entered on the NCD portal. Additional Chief Medical Officer, District Education Officer, District Information and Public Relations Officer, District Program Manager, District Accounts Manager etc. were present in the meeting.
