ARA---------------------------A CRPF jawan was embroiled in a neighborhood road dispute and was beaten to a pulp by locals. A dispute over a neighborhood road landed a CRPF jawan in trouble. Locals brutally beat him.

In Singhi village, under the Town police station area of ​​Bhojpur district, an old road dispute escalated when CRPF jawan Vineet Kumar Singh, who was home on leave, was brutally assaulted by some people with weapons. The jawan was seriously injured in the attack with the butt of a pistol and was subsequently treated in a hospital. Following the incident, police are investigating the matter.

The injured jawan is Vineet Kumar Singh. Vineet is posted in Supma, Chhattisgarh, and played a key role with his team in the operation that led to the arrest of Naxalite Hidma. Regarding the incident, jawan Vineet Kumar Singh leveled serious allegations against a resident of his neighborhood, stating that the road passing near his house is his personal route, and disputes over this issue occur daily in the neighborhood.

He explained that an agreement had previously been reached with Mayor Indu Devi, and a gate had been installed on the road. All parties had been given the keys to the gate. Despite this, some people, under the influence of alcohol, broke the gate and caused daily disputes. Vineet explained that on the day of the incident, Vineet was home on leave. Late at night, Jitendra Thakur and his eldest son, returning from a wedding procession, began breaking the gate. When the soldier's elderly father objected, he was abused and assaulted.

Upon learning of this, Vineet arrived at the scene, where Jitendra Thakur, his two sons, daughter, wife, and three or four unidentified men seized him and attacked him with the butt of a pistol. The soldier suffered a broken tooth and sustained serious injuries. Upon learning of the incident, the police launched an investigation. The soldier has demanded strict action against the accused.
