CM TOOK STOCK OF THE PROGRESS OF THE CONSTRUTION WORKS OF PATNA METRO RAIL PROJECT

PATNA-----------------------------Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today took stock of the progress of the construction works of Patna Metro Rail Project. During this, he inspected the site of Patna Metro Terminal located at Bairia and took stock of metro rail coaches, railway track, yard, power grid etc.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister inquired from the officials about the progress and updated status of the construction works of Patna Metro Rail. The officials told the Chief Minister that the metro rail will stop, be maintained and cleaned in the Patna Metro Terminal premises located at Bairia. The management of the smooth operation of the metro rail will be done from the administrative building built here.

After this, the Chief Minister also inspected the Zeromile Metro Station and inquired from the officials about the progress and current status of the construction work going on there.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister directed the officials to speed up the construction work of Patna Metro. He said that we have been continuously inspecting the construction work of Patna Metro Rail Project so that the construction is done in a better way. We have constantly instructed the officials to ensure that there is no hindrance in the construction work.

On this occasion, Department Secretary Abhay Kumar Singh along with other senior officials of Patna Metro Rail Project were present.
