ARA-------------------------Chief Minister, through video conferencing, transferred a total amount of ₹1,000 crore to the accounts of 10 lakh women beneficiaries under the Chief Minister's Women Employment Scheme, at the rate of ₹10,000 per beneficiary. Approximately 20,000 women in Bhojpur district also received funds under this scheme.
This state-level program was broadcast live in all 14 blocks, including the Bhojpur district headquarters. Jeevika Didis enthusiastically participated in the program and shared their positive experiences of the social and economic empowerment achieved through the scheme.
The Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur, stated that the financial assistance provided under the scheme is promoting women's livelihood activities and significantly increasing their economic empowerment.
The program, held in the Collectorate Auditorium, Bhojpur, transferred funds to the accounts of women beneficiaries via video conferencing. On the occasion, Honorable MLA Shri Raghavendra Pratap Singh (Barhara), Honorable MLA Shri Radha Charan Sah (Sandesh), Honorable MLA Shri Mahesh Paswan (Agiaon), Deputy Development Commissioner Bhojpur, Special Officer Bhojpur, District Project Manager Jeevika along with other related officers and about 100 Jeevika Didi were present.
