Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Minister Vijay Singh reached the playground of Jagdishpur Swarth Sahu High School. During this, Arrah MLA and former Agriculture Minister Amarendra Pratap, Tarari MLA Vishal Prashant, Legislative Councilor Shri Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha, Legislative Councilor Radha Charan Sah, former MLA of Agiav Prabhunath Ram, Dawa Mukhiya and BJP Mahila Morcha District President Susumlata Kushwaha along with others were present on the stage. This program was presided over by BJP District President Durga Raj and conducted by JDU District President. Addressing the gathering, Minister Vijay Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar attacked the opposition and said - the previous government had no interest in development, we have continuously done development. Nitish Kumar counted the development works done by him and said - nothing used to happen earlier

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar once again gave development schemes worth crores of rupees to Bhojpur district He has given a gift. During his visit, he laid the foundation stone of many ambitious schemes in Jagdishpur assembly constituency including Bihiya Chaurasta. These schemes costing a total of Rs 411 crore 21 lakh are expected to give new strength to the road, drainage and tourism related infrastructure in the district.

The schemes for which the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone include road construction work from Zero Mile to Patar, whose estimated cost is Rs 33 crore. Similarly, Rs 46 crore has been sanctioned for Bampali to Pakdi road. Rs 24 crore will be spent on building a road from Aryan Devi to Fourlane. On completion of these schemes, the connectivity system in rural and urban areas is likely to improve to a great extent.

The biggest investment was announced for Babru Deriganj Six Lane Road, on which Rs 93 crore will be spent. Apart from this, Rs 90 crore will be spent on the construction of outfall drain and snake house. With the completion of these two projects, the drainage system of the city will be greatly strengthened and there is a possibility of getting relief from the problem of waterlogging during the rainy season.

Religious and cultural importance has also been kept in mind in Bhojpur district. The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for the construction of a museum near the Surya Mandir located in Dev. Rs 14 crore 78 lakh will be spent on this. On its completion, religious tourism will get a new identity and a new center of attraction will develop for the local people as well as outside tourists.

Message- Rs 37 crore will be spent on the construction of Koilbawar Canal Dam Road. This project will not only improve the transport facility but will also accelerate regional development by connecting the surrounding villages to the main roads.

People believe that the announcement of these projects by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in the election environment is also an attempt to woo the public. Local people called it a "lollipop" and said that every time before the elections, big promises and schemes are announced, but many times there is a delay in completing it on time.

Nevertheless, it cannot be denied that this gift of more than 400 crores is a big step towards development for Bhojpur district. After the completion of the schemes, road and transport facilities in the district will accelerate, drainage will improve and religious-cultural identity will get a new dimension.

This gift of the Chief Minister for Bhojpur district has aroused both enthusiasm and hope among the people. Now all eyes are on how soon these projects come to the ground and give real impetus to the development of the district.
