ARA---------------------------On 25.09.2025, camps are being organised in each block of Bhojpur district for quick redressal of various complaints of electricity consumers such as complaints related to smart meters, electricity supply, bill correction, payment, new electricity connection, agricultural electricity connection, wrong reading, faulty meter, etc. Mr. Amarendra Kumar, Executive Engineer, Electricity, informed that the Company Headquarters is organising Seva Pakhwada, 2025 from 17th September to 02nd October with the aim of providing information and assistance to the general public about public welfare schemes. In the light of the above, it has been decided that by setting up camps in each block, complaints of electricity consumers, information about 125 units free electricity scheme to every domestic consumer, protection of consumers from cyber fraud and information about PM Surya Ghar Yojana should be given to every consumer. For this, officers of the concerned area will be present in every block headquarters to solve the problems of the common people. All the common people are requested to be present in the camp and get information about anykind of complaints related to electricity and schemes run for the consumers.
