ARA--------------------------Dr. K N Sinha said that blood pressure disease can be very dangerous and can be fatal suddenly. Therefore, every person should get his blood pressure checked once in a month or two.

Bihar (Bhojpur). A program was organized on the occasion of World Blood Pressure Day Week at Anand Hospital located at Ramna Road Pakdi in Ara city. Where former ACMO cum Physician Dr. K.N. Sinha was honored with a memento by doctors and health workers from Patna.

On this occasion, Dr. Sinha said that blood pressure disease can be very dangerous and can be fatal suddenly. Therefore, every person should get his blood pressure checked once in a month or two. High blood pressure can be caused by primary or other diseases, such as adrenal gland disease, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, etc. There is a high possibility of blood pressure.

Due to sudden increase in blood pressure, there is a risk of brain hemorrhage, paralysis, heart attack, heart failure.

People should avoid fast food, junk food and reduce the intake of salt, oil, spices. One hour of walking, yoga, exercise should be done in the morning. If the disease of blood pressure is detected, its medicine should be taken regularly, especially in the evening so that the night remains safe. One should remain in regular contact with his close physician. One should get his lipid profile, blood sugar, KFT, etc. checked at least once in six months. Due to sudden increase in blood pressure, there is also a risk of brain hemorrhage, paralysis, heart attack, heart failure.
