W, who had a bounty of 50 thousand on his head, was wanted in 24 serious cases including murder and kidnapping of HAM party leader. Noida STF, Bihar and Hapur police carried out this action in a joint operation. W Yadav was wanted in 24 serious cases like murder, robbery and loot. Illegal pistol, revolver and cartridges have been recovered from him.

About two months ago, HAM party block president Rakesh Shah was kidnapped in Begusarai, Bihar. There was a jam and protest on National Highway-31 in Begusarai regarding this. Rakesh's mother Shakuntala Devi had then held W Yadav, a resident of Thana Gyandol Kamal of Begusarai, responsible for the kidnapping of her son. She had demanded that W Yadav be handed over to the public or hanged.

People were also raising questions on the role of the police regarding this incident. Let us tell you that another criminal Gaurav, wanted in the case of kidnapping and murder of HAM leader Rakesh Shah, was arrested by the Manesar Crime Branch team from Sector 37D area of Gurugram recently. There was a reward of Rs 25,000 on Gaurav.

W Yadav was wanted in many serious cases in Begusarai district of Bihar and a reward of Rs 50,000 was announced on him. Bihar Police was engaged in the search of W Yadav. According to the information received, Noida unit of UP STF and Bihar Police had received information about W Yadav being in Simbhavali police station area of Hapur. On this, both the teams surrounded him under a joint operation. It is being told that when W Yadav was asked to surrender, he started firing. In response, the police also fired. W Yadav was injured after being shot by the police. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. There are 24 serious cases registered against W Yadav in Bihar including murder and robbery. Police have recovered illegal pistol, revolver and several cartridges from him.
