Rahul said that I am speaking to you clearly in the Election Commission. I am from Bihar and I am telling the people of India clearly that the elections of Maharashtra were stolen and similarly an attempt is being made to steal the elections of Bihar. They know that we have considered the Maharashtra model as the same and hence they have brought the Bihar model. This is a way of snatching the votes of the poor. This is Bihar and the people of Bihar will not let this happen. Our people got angry with the Election Commission. I could not go there. They came and are talking to the Election Commission like the BJP and RSS leaders?
They forgot that I am not a BJP leader. I tell you to do whatever you want to do, but later the law will prevail over you. Election Commission, do whatever you want to do, but later the law will prevail over you. No matter how high a position you hold, the law will not leave you. Your work is not for BJP's benefit, your work is to protect the integrity of India and you are not doing your work.

Tejashwi Yadav has been avoiding sharing the stage with these two leaders, so it is believed that he was not allowed to board the truck.

RJD supporters stopped the Namo-Bharat train in Darbhanga. RJD workers carrying flags and banners blocked the Gandhi Setu in Hajipur.

In the Bihar Bandh, all the big leaders of the Mahagathbandhan will come out on the streets and protest against the Election Commission. However, it is believed that when Rahul Gandhi comes to Patna, he can also go to meet Gopal Khemka's family. Bihar Congress President Rajesh Ram said, "Chakka Jam is being done on two issues. It is being supported by those who feel that their right to vote will be taken away. Whenever the country has faced a crisis, Rahul Gandhi has fought on the streets. Today, voting is on the verge of being banned, we are fighting for it and Rahul Gandhi is coming for it..." On the statement of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, he said, "...There is a difference between taking a decision while staying in Delhi and taking a decision while staying on the ground. If you had to do this, you should have done it before the Lok Sabha elections..."
On the Bihar Bandh by the opposition, JDU leader Rajiv Ranjan said, "The work of special intensive revision is moving in the right direction. Voter forms of 4 crore voters have reached the Election Commission... The opposition knows that their ground is slipping in Bihar. The opposition, which is on the verge of a huge defeat in the elections, has every opportunity to express displeasure over every decision of the Election Commission and mislead the people. There is no other option left." On Bihar bandh called by the opposition BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur said, "These people are calling Bihar bandh to mislead the voters and seeing their defeat in the upcoming elections. Bihar bandh has no public support. Some goons are creating ruckus on the road, the administration is watching. Appropriate action will be taken." NSUI national in-charge Kanhaiya Kumar said on Bihar bandh, "We have come out on the streets to protect democracy because it is said that if the roads become deserted then the Parliament becomes astray, that is why it is necessary to come out on the streets."
The impact of the Mahagathbandhan's Bihar Bandh against the proposed voter revision process in Bihar was also seen in Bhojpur on Tuesday. From Ara to Barhara, a huge crowd gathered on the roads and railway tracks. The centre of this movement was the popular socialist leader of Barhara, Rambabu Singh, who attacked the Election Commission and the Central Government in harsh words.
"By making the Election Commission its parrot, the government is cutting the votes of Dalits, backward and farmers. Because they know that Tejashwi Yadav has become the first choice of the youth. Every survey is telling that Bihar now wants to crown Tejashwi."
He said that this entire action is a conspiracy—the government knows that the common voter is no longer going to fall into their trap. This government, which has failed in unemployment, inflation, education and health, is now attacking democracy.
Rambabu Singh said that this movement is not just of today. "If needed, we will go from the road to the House and the temple of justice with the colleagues of India Alliance. In the largest country of democracy, when someone is deprived of the right to vote, there can be no bigger crime than this."
He said in a warning tone—"If the government and the Election Commission do not withdraw their decision, then remember, Bhojpur is the land of agitators and Badhara of socialists. The people here will fight this battle till their last breath and will overthrow this anti-people government."
Injustice to farmers and laborers He further said that Bihar is currently battling floods, farmers and laborers are already troubled. In such a situation, demanding different papers within 25 days and deleting names from the voter list is "a brutal murder of democracy." He raised a sharp question and said—"In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the government formed the government only through voter card and Aadhaar, and now the same paper is of no use? This is a mind-boggling question."
In this protest against Bihar Bandh, Ram Babu Singh's role came to the fore as a firm and popular leader. He made it clear that the voters of Bihar will not be deprived of their rights. This movement is not just a bandh, but a renaissance of democratic consciousness, whose spark is now spreading across the state.
During the Bihar bandh called by the Mahagathbandhan, Purnea MP Pappu Yadav and Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar had to face embarrassment. Both the leaders were prevented from climbing on Rahul Gandhi's vehicle-like stage. Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former deputy CM Tejaswi Yadav was already riding with Rahul in that vehicle. When MP Pappu Yadav tried to climb up, security personnel stopped him by waving their hands. Due to the huge crowd at the spot, there was also pushing and shoving. Kanhaiya Kumar was also present near Pappu Yadav. He also could not find a place in the vehicle. After this, both the leaders retreated from there. Its videos are also going viral on social media.
It is also being claimed in the reports that Kanhaiya had climbed on the truck but he was taken down. Actually, Kanhaiya Kumar was brought forward to strengthen the Congress in Bihar before the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. In March, Kanhaiya gave jobs, also took out migration stop yatra
On the other hand, Pappu Yadav calls himself a true soldier of Rahul Gandhi even after being away from Congress. In the Lok Sabha elections 2024, he tried his best to contest from Purnia on a Congress ticket, but he could not do anything in front of Tejashwi Yadav's stubbornness. As a result, RJD gave ticket to Bima Bharti and Pappu Yadav contested against him as an independent and also won. Pappu Yadav was once close to RJD supremo Lalu, but later he had a rift with the family.

State RJD President Mangani Lal Mandal said that this action of the Election Commission is unfair. Many documents including Aadhar card, ration card are not being accepted. The names of the poor will be deleted. This is being done to increase the BJP's voter base. The Modi government is taking this action fearing defeat in Bihar.
After the intelligence report and survey, the Modi government is in despair. The Election Commission is lying. First documents were asked for. Now forms are being asked for. In such a situation, no one knows whose name will be deleted. In democracy, we have the right to take to the streets. We have also gone to court.

Rahul Gandhi said, 'I am telling the people of Bihar that the Maharashtra elections were stolen. Similarly, an attempt is being made to steal the Bihar elections. They have come to know that we have understood the Maharashtra model, so they have brought a new Bihar model. This is a way to snatch the votes of the poor.'
Rahul Gandhi said in Patna that you can do whatever you want to do but later the law will apply to you. Don't forget that no matter how big you are, no matter where you are sitting, the law will not spare you. Your job is to protect the Constitution of India. Your job is to fulfill what is in the hearts of the people of Bihar.
In Patna, Rahul Gandhi said that there has been vote robbery in Maharashtra and Haryana. There has been a mess in the Haryana elections. Where votes increased, BJP won. Rahul Gandhi said that BJP won in Maharashtra by cutting the votes of the poor. All the new votes in Maharashtra went to BJP.
Rahul Gandhi said that votes have been stolen in Maharashtra and Haryana. Rahul Gandhi said that our people met the Election Commissioner. I asked them what did they think? And everyone said that the Election Commissioner is talking like BJP and RSS.
