BHOJPUR POLITICS HEATS UP, MANY VETERAN LEADERS JOINED BJP

ARA----------------------------The politics of the entire Shahabad and Magadh region including Bhojpur witnessed a new stir when former IPS officer Anand Mishra joined the BJP on Tuesday. Anand Mishra, who is known for his bravery and anti-Maoist campaigns, tried his luck as an independent candidate from Buxar in the last Lok Sabha elections. After this, he also led the youth wing of Prashant Kishore's Jan Suraj Party for some time. After joining the BJP, he said, "I have adopted the ideology of BJP since childhood and will work with full dedication to strengthen the party."

In the same program, Bihar's veteran leader and former Union Minister Nagmani joined the BJP along with his wife and former minister Suchitra Sinha. Nagmani, who is considered a strong leader of the backward classes, has previously been associated with many parties including JDU, RJD, LJP and BJP. This time he reiterated his loyalty to the BJP and said that he will strengthen the party in Magadh and Shahabad region.

Apart from this, Ashutosh Kumar, National President of Bhumihar Brahmin Ekta Manch Foundation also joined BJP. Ashutosh Kumar had earlier taken the initiative to connect Bhumihar society with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. His joining BJP is making the political equations more interesting.

With the joining of these three leaders in BJP, new political equations have started forming in the politics of Bhojpur and surrounding areas. Experts believe that BJP has played this big bet keeping in mind the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.
