BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST SEVEN PERSONS FOR FIRKNG

ARA---------------------------In Kalyanpur village of Bihiya police station area, police have arrested seven people including the Mukhiya of Kalyanpur Panchayat in the case of fighting and firing between two parties over a mutual dispute late evening. Apart from the Mukhiya, Krishna Yadav, Saroj Yadav and Deepak Sonar, Rambabu Yadav, Baliram Yadav and Dharmendra Yadav of the other party have been arrested in this case.

It is said that both the parties clashed over a mutual dispute and the fight started. During this, five to six rounds of firing were done. During this time there was panic in the village.

On receiving the information, Bihiya police station in-charge Aditya Kumar reached the spot with the force and started investigation. Regarding the incident, an FIR has been lodged against 25 named people on the statement of Mukhiya Virendra Yadav and against 22 named people on the statement of Rambabu Yadav of the other party. During this time, the police have recovered four bullet shells from the spot.

It has been alleged by Mukhiya Virendra Yadav that his nephew was being beaten up and when he reached there, he was fired upon, while on the other side Ram Babu Yadav has alleged that he was sitting at his door when the accused came and started beating him and fired upon him. Police is investigating the matter.
