ARA-------------------------In Jagdishpur Nagar Panchayat of Bhojpur district, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, the daughter of a Nut family died due to the negligence of the operator of Disney Land, the doctor of the referral hospital, and the manager. Even after five days of the death of the daughter, the accountability for the death has not been fixed yet, no action has been taken against the culprit, no FIR has been registered against the operator, no action has been taken against the doctor missing from duty, the person responsible for the absence of the ambulance driver has not been fixed and action has not been taken, compensation has not been given to the victim's family, the sub-divisional administration is ignoring the poor Nut family. I have met the victim's family and assured them of getting justice.

If the victim's family is not compensated soon, action is not taken against the operator of Disney Land, the doctor missing from duty, the ambulance driver, and the manager, then we will be forced to stage a sit-in demonstration at the sub-divisional office along with the victim's family.
