AWARENESS RALLY ON WORLD HEART DAY

On Monday, an awareness rally and walkathon was organized by city doctors on the occasion of World Heart Day. The rally began near the Red Cross Society and passed through the Horse Riding Police Station, Collectorate, District Court, Nagari Pracharini, Dakshin Ramna, Hotel Park View, Shaheed Bhawan, and ended back at the Red Cross Society. This awareness rally was organized under the banner of IMA Ara, Heart Care Center, and Aadriti Hospital, Nala Mod, MP Bagh, Ara.

ARA (RNI) On Monday, an awareness rally and walkathon was organized by city doctors on the occasion of World Heart Day. The rally began near the Red Cross Society and passed through the Horse Riding Police Station, Collectorate, District Court, Nagari Pracharini, Dakshin Ramna, Hotel Park View, Shaheed Bhawan, and ended back at the Red Cross Society. This awareness rally was organized under the banner of IMA Ara, Heart Care Center, and Aadriti Hospital, Nala Mod, MP Bagh, Ara.

On the occasion, doctors raised awareness about heart disease. Dr. P. Singh, President of the Indian Medical Association, said that in this modern era, people are suffering from diseases like heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes at a young age, making it important for them to know how to prevent these diseases. He advised people to devote at least an hour a day to their physical health to avoid these problems.

IMA District Secretary Dr. Vijay Gupta also raised awareness about the symptoms of heart disease and how to prevent it. He explained that people are suffering from heart attacks, high blood pressure, and diabetes due to the burden of excessive expectations. Therefore, they should take special care of their daily routine as well as their diet.

Dr. Amit Jaiswal, Cardiologist and Director of the Heart Care Center and Aadriti Hospital, Ara, said that today, most people in the country are suffering from heart disease, blood pressure, and diabetes, whereas previously these diseases were more common in older people. He emphasized the need for timely identification of these diseases so that they can be prevented and treated. Along with diet, walking is also essential for controlling coronary artery disease, blood pressure, and sugar. Therefore, people of all ages should pay attention to physical exercise, especially regular morning walks.

He explained that there are many reasons for the increase in heart disease, including the hectic life and rapid changes in lifestyle, but to take care of one's body, everyone needs to take out some time for themselves. Dr. S.K. Rungta, Dr. Satish Kumar Sinha, Dr. K.K. Singh, Dr. Balaji Srivastava, Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, Dr. Jivesh Kumar, Dr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, Dr. A. Ahmed, Awadhesh Pandey, Ramkumar Singh, Tinku Agarwal, Gunjay, Dr. Vivek Raj, Dr. Prashant, and many others were present at the event.
