ARA-------------------------In collaboration with Disha Ek Prayas, Bhojpur, an associate organization of Just Rights for Children and Railway Protection Force Ara, Railway Protection Force and Disha Ek Prayas jointly conducted an intensive awareness campaign at Ara railway station under International Human Trafficking Prohibition Fortnight. This campaign will run from 15 to 30 July. During this, people are being made aware through banners, posters etc. to stop human trafficking by running an intensive public awareness campaign at Ara railway station. Giving information, the secretary of the organization, Dr. Kumari Sunita Singh said that its purpose is to make people aware of the terrible consequences of human trafficking and to increase vigilance in the society. At the same time, she also told that public awareness and participation of society is very important to stop such activities. To prevent this, along with awareness, good education, economic progress and strengthening of law will have to be done. This causes social and psychological trauma to the victims. Although this is a global problem, it is everyone's moral responsibility to find a solution.
During this awareness programme, people were told by the Railway Protection Force that if such activities take place in the vicinity, they should immediately inform the RPF so that the victim can be provided security in time. To stop this, the government provided information about the toll-free helpline number 1098, police helpline number 112. Along with Ara RPF, Rajat Kumar, Mohammad Belal Ahmed, Richa Kumari, social worker Sanjeet Kumar Singh, Ranju Kumari and passengers from the organisation Disha Ek Prayas also participated in this campaign.
