ARA---------------------------Armed miscreants opened fire in South Ekauna village, Udwantnagar police station area, injuring a woman. The injured woman is Kusum Devi, 30, wife of Premchand Sah, a resident of Ward No. 10, South Ekauna village, Udwantnagar police station area.

Armed miscreants opened fire and shot a woman in South Ekauna village, Udwantnagar police station area, Bhojpur district. The woman was hit by a bullet in her left thigh, which grazed the chest, leaving her injured. She was brought to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment.

The incident caused a sensation in the surrounding area. Upon receiving the information, Udwantnagar police station in-charge Jayant Prakash reached the scene with the police force and began investigating the matter. According to information, the injured woman is Kusum Devi, 30, wife of Premchand Sah, a resident of Ward No. 10, South Ekauna village, Udwantnagar police station area.

Here, Kusum Devi told that her sister-in-law Meena Devi's daughter Golu was talking ill about a woman of the village. Due to which two youths of the village came with weapons in their hands and started saying that if they wanted, they would fire as many bullets as they wanted. Her sister-in-law and her daughter had an argument with those boys on this matter. After which the said miscreants opened fire indiscriminately. During this, a bullet passed through her left thigh, injuring her. On the other hand, the injured woman Kusum Devi has accused the two boys of the village of shooting her. However, the police is investigating the matter on its own level.
