APPOINTMENT LETTER HANDED OVER TO NEWLY APPOINTED CONSTABLES

ARA-----------------------A very dignified and grand ceremony was organized today on 01 July 2025 at the New Police Center, Ara in Bhojpur District. On this special occasion, the newly appointed constables in the district were given their much awaited appointment letters. The ceremony was organized by the Bhojpur District Police Force, in which the venue was filled with enthusiasm and pride with the presence of senior officers of the district, policemen and family members of the newly appointed constables.

The chief guest of the ceremony was Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, who duly handed over the appointment letters to all the newly appointed constables with his lotus hands. On this occasion, the Superintendent of Police in his inspirational address extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the newly selected jawans on their appointment.

All of you are now not only a part of this glorious service, but your responsibilities towards the society have also increased manifold. Your appointment is not just a government post, but a social responsibility. It is expected from you that you will always be ready to serve the people and protect law and order by working with honesty, integrity, discipline and sensitivity.” After distribution of appointment letters, all the newly appointed constables were administered the oath of service by the Superintendent of Police. The oath taking ceremony was very emotional and inspiring. During the oath taking, all the newly selected jawans pledged to discharge their duties with full loyalty and honesty towards the country, constitution and state.

The speakers at the ceremony also said that in the present times, the role of the police force is not limited to maintaining law and order, but their role has also become very important in the safety of the common people, disaster management, women and child safety, cyber crime control and community-related policing. In such a situation, the newly selected jawans have to be mentally and physically prepared for every situation.

A special thing about this event was that the family members of the constables were also invited to this ceremony. Seeing their sons and daughters in khaki uniform, a wonderful combination of pride and emotion was seen in the eyes of the family members. This scene was a proud moment not only for the constables but for the entire Bhojpur district.

The ceremony concluded with the national anthem. After this, all the newly selected constables took oath from their senior officers. Took blessings and resolved to start my new life.
