AGRICULTURAL CAMPS WILL BE ORGANIZED IN EACH BLOCK TWICE FROM JULY 8 ONWARDS

ARA------------------------For agricultural connection, camps will be organized daily in each block and twice at each panchayat level from July 8 to the end of August. Under Bhojpur district, from 08.07.2025 to the end of August, camps will be organized for agricultural connection in each block on working days and two days at each panchayat level. Executive Engineer of Electricity, Ara, Amarendra Kumar told that it has now become easier for farmers to get agricultural connection for irrigation work. Farmers can get electricity connection for agricultural work by contacting Krishak Suvidha App, departmental website and nearest electricity office. It has been decided by the headquarters to organize camps in each panchayat as per the convenience of the applicants. Camps will be organized for agricultural connection in Panchayat Government Building. In the camp, efforts will be made to get applications for maximum connection on the spot itself. Under the Chief Minister Electricity Assistance Scheme, the rate of irrigation work has been fixed by Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission at 6.74 per unit. The state government is giving subsidy for this at the rate of 6.19 per unit.
