On the other hand, under Patna Sahib Lok Sabha, Bankipur Assembly Part No. 182, EPIC No. AFS0853341 Booth No. 405, Serial No. 757 in Ayurvedic College, Kadam Kuan (Central Part) Patna.*

New revelations are being made in the Voter List Revision (SIR) in Bihar. Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav has been accused of having two voter identity cards (EPIC). Regarding this, the Election Commission has sought an explanation from him. At the same time, Bihar's Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha is also seen getting trapped in such a case. Congress has made a sensational allegation of being a double voter on Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha.

Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha's voter number is registered in Lakhisarai Assembly constituency under Munger Lok Sabha, Part No. 168, EPIC No. IAF3939337 Booth No. 231, Serial No. 274 which is registered in the east part of the consumer form office right part, in which his age is 57 years.

On the other hand, his voter number is registered in Bankipur Assembly Part No. 182, EPIC No. AFS0853341 Booth No. 405, Serial No. 757 in Ayurvedic College, Kadam Kuan (middle part) Patna under Patna Sahib Lok Sabha.

Congress says with evidence that Sinha filled the SIR form at both the places, Congress has called it a conspiracy of BJP-Election Commission and has demanded FIR and resignation. Congress claims that Sinha is registered as a voter in Lakhisarai and Patna's Bankipur and his name is included in the draft voter list at both places.

Actually, according to the election rules, a person's name can be in only one voter list. Being a voter at two places is a violation of Section 17 and 18 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.

Congress raised the question that how did Sinha's name get registered at two places? Did he vote at both the places? How did the Election Commission make such a mistake? Let us tell you that Sinha is accused of deliberately ignoring the rules and the Commission ignored it.
