The address of the government residence of jailed strongman MLA Anant Singh has changed. His new address will now be residence number 11/08 on Veerchand Patel Path in Patna. Anant Singh, popularly known as 'Chhote Sarkar', was earlier allotted a government residence on Mall Road, but he has now been allotted a new residence.

PATNA------------------------The address of the government residence of jailed strongman MLA Anant Singh has changed. His new address will now be residence number 11/08 on Veerchand Patel Path in Patna. Anant Singh, popularly known as 'Chhote Sarkar', was earlier allotted a government residence on Mall Road, but he has now been allotted a new residence.
According to officials, this is a normal process under which government residences are allotted to MLAs, and therefore, strongman MLA Anant Singh has also been allotted a new residence.
It is noteworthy that Anant Singh is currently in jail. He always remains in the news due to his strongman image. On October 30, 2025, Dularchand Yadav, a supporter of Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraj Party, was murdered. After being accused of the murder, the police arrested Anant Singh before the voting. He has been in jail ever since. However, despite these allegations, he won a landslide victory from the Mokama assembly constituency.
