The Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar), Sub-Divisional Police Officer (Sadar-1), Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic), members of the Peace Committee, and other relevant officials were present.
The main objective of the meeting was to ensure a peaceful and safe Durga Puja celebration. Necessary guidelines, security arrangements, traffic arrangements, and emergency response measures were discussed in detail. The officials present discussed their responsibilities and outlined preparations for a safe and orderly celebration of the festival.
The district administration directed all relevant departments to ensure security and order in their respective areas and ensure that devotees do not face any inconvenience. The meeting made it clear that the administration is fully alert and prepared to prevent any untoward incident during Durga Puja this year.
