A FLOOD OF FAITH SWELLED IN THE J AIN COMMUNITY

ARA--------------------------A grand event of Kshamavani Mahaparva was organized on Monday at the conclusion of Paryushan Mahaparva in the premises of Shri Digambar Jain Panchayati Temple located at Mahajan Toli number two. This event was held under the guidance of Muni Shri 108 Vishalya Sagar Ji Maharaj Sangh.

The ceremony started with Jalabhishek, Panchamrit Abhishek and Mangal Aarti of the idol. After this, religious rituals like Pushpvarshi, Shantidhara, Swayambhu Strot, Dev-Shastra-Guru Pujan, Parshvanath Puja, Kshamavani Puja and Jaimala were performed with full devotion and reverence. Ashok Kumar Jain got the privilege of the first Jalabhishek, Ratna-Kamlesh Jain got the privilege of Shantidhara and Madhu-Vimalesh Jain family got the privilege of Jaimala.

In his discourse, Munishri Vishalya Sagar Ji said that “Forgiveness is the name of generosity of heart. Forgiveness should not be just in words but in conduct. Forgiving others even when you are powerful is the real forgiveness, which makes the sutra ‘Kshama Veerasya Bhushanam’ meaningful.”

On this occasion, Brahmachari Anish Bhaiya of the Sangh observed the 11-day fast of Dashlakshan. On the occasion of the sixteen-day fast of Vimlesh Kumar Jain and his daughter-in-law Annu Jain of the society, a procession was taken out and they were honoured.

At the end of the programme, Sadharmi Vatsalya was organised in the memory of late Shashilata-Gyan Chandra Jain. Hundreds of devotees including Akash Jain, Ajay Jain, Kamlesh Jain, Reena Jain, Dr. Aditya Vijay Jain, Bibhu Jain, Dhirendra Chandra Jain, Dr. Shashank Jain participated in the event and received the holy benefits of Kshamavani festival in a religious atmosphere.
