DEO CUM DM GETS STATE AWARD

ARA-----------------------------For his outstanding performance during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) program conducted by the Election Commission of India and the 2025 Assembly elections, Mr. Tanay Sultania, District Election Officer-cum-District Magistrate of Bhojpur, has been announced as the recipient of the Best District Election Officer (DEO) Award at a state-level ceremony.

Under his able leadership, the electoral process in Bhojpur district was conducted in a transparent, peaceful, and efficient manner. He will be awarded the Best Electoral Practices Award-2025 for his commendable efforts in areas such as voter list purification, voter awareness, fair polling arrangements, and administrative coordination.

This award will be presented at a state-level ceremony on January 25th, National Voters' Day. This achievement not only reflects the efficiency of the district administration but is also a matter of great pride for Bhojpur district, which has earned special recognition at the state level for its outstanding role in electoral processes.
